循环经济是人类面对环境的制约为可持续发展而提出的,循环经济模式是新型工业化发展的最高形式。文章阐述了循环经济的内涵、技术经济特征及其在实现可持续发展中的作用。
Cycle economy is put forward for sustainable development under the control of environment, and its model is the highest mode of development of the new industry. The paper also discussed its contents, characteristic of technical economy and the impact during the sustainable development.
