摘要
研究了 (Ni P) SiO2 刷镀液中Ni2 + 离子、NaH2 PO2 、SiO2 微粒、金属盐的比例、温度等因素对刷镀 (Ni P) SiO2 工艺的影响。结果表明 ,在刷镀 (Ni P) SiO2 工艺中 ,选择适当刷镀液组成 ,刷镀层沉积速率和镀层质量明显提高 ,并由此得出了刷镀(Ni P) SiO2
The effects of Ni 2+ ions, NaH 2PO 2, SiO 2 particles, ratio of metal salts, temperature and other factors in the bath on the process of (Ni-P)-SiO 2 brush plating are investigated. The results show that in (Ni-P)-SiO 2 brush plating, if suitable bath composition is selected, deposition rate and coating quality will be improved remarkably. On this basis, an optimum bath composition for (Ni-P)-SiO 2 alloy brush plating is obtained.
