摘要
利用超导储能(SMES)技术进行电力系统小扰动动态安全在线监测和评估是该技术在电力系统中的一种新应用。基于改进的Levy曲线拟合方法,文中建立了3阶7变量的局部传递函数拟合模型,通过对系统频域响应曲线峰值的拟合,获得了峰值对应模式的阻尼和频率特性,形成了小扰动安全的在线评估算法。通过EPRI-36节点系统的模式特征值与响应曲线峰值拟合结果的对比分析,说明了该算法的有效性和适用性。
On-line dynamic small signal security monitoring and assessment of power systems based on superconducting magnetic energy storage (SMES) is a new application of SMES technologies. Based on the modified Levy curve fitting method, a local third-order 7-variable transfer function fitting modei is built, and then the damping and the frequency characteristics of modes are obtained by fitting the curves close to the maximum values of frequency responses. The dynamic small signal security of power systems can be assessed by monitoring the variations of the damping and the frequency of modes. The comparisons of the mode eigenvalues and fitting results of a China-EPRI 36-bus system show that the method is feasible and effective.
