摘要
基于正交频分复用(OFDM)的概念,给出了在宽带电力线通信(PLC)中应用OFDM编码方法及其实现模型,并分析了常用编码OFDM技术应用于宽带电力线通信中存在的优点及不足。针对无效频谱现象,提出使用前置编码OFDM来改进常用编码OFDM技术的方案,并在模拟的低压电力载波通道模型上对这两种技术进行了宽带PLC模拟仿真,结果表明应用前置编码OFDM技术可以大幅度减小传输信号误码率,并且简化了常用编码OFDM通信系统实现的复杂性。
A novel orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) method-based broadband power line communication (PLC) is proposed, in which the conventional OFDM system is replaced with a pre-coded OFDM system. The limitations of the coded OFDM system are analyzed. In view of the idling spectrum, a pre-coded OFDM system is put forward. Broadband PLC simulation of the two OFDM techniques are made on an analog low-voltage power line carrier channel modei. Experimental results indicate that the pre-coded OFDM technique can greatly reduce the bit error rate (BER) and simplify the system implementation.
