摘要
介绍了一个采用B/W/D(Web Browser/Web Server/Database Server)三层体系结构的电力资源优化调度系统的设计与实现。该系统是以拉格朗日松弛法框架为核心。用户可以通过Internet建立调度案例,输入或上载调度信息和机组信息;之后,系统执行调度程序,完成优化调度计算,将调度结果以各种方式进行汇总统计、分析,并以图形和报表等多种形式显示给用户。该系统可以辅助发电公司制定日常生产计划,并可用于电力市场中的成本利润分析、辅助决策等。系统具有客户端零安装、升级维护方便等特点。
The design and implementation of a generation resource scheduling system with applying B/W/D (Web Browser/Web Server/Database Server) three-tier structure is presented. This system is based on the Lagrangian relaxation approach. User can create a scheduling case by Internet, and input or upload the Information of scheduling and generators. Then the system executes scheduling program to get the optimal solution, analyzes the results, and presents with various graphs or report forms. This system can help generation companies lay a course of production, analyze the profils, and make the bidding decision in electricity mar礴t. The system has the characteristics of zero-installation on client side, so the system is convenient to be maintained and upgraded.
