摘要
分析了电解液总管质量浓度高、槽电压高的问题,找出影响因素并制定了改进措施,控制电解液质量浓度在最佳范围内运行,提高了阴极效率,降低了电耗。
High mass concentration of cell liquor header, and higher cell voltage were analysed. Influential factors were found out, and the innovating measures were laid down. Cell liquor mass concentration was controlled in the best operational limits. The cathode efficiency was improved. The electric consumption was also decreased.
