在盐层中建设储气库的形状控制机理 被引量:18

摘要 随着我国西部天然气于 2 0 0 3年底开始向上海市供气 ,建设地下储气库以保证长江三角洲地区和西气东输管线沿线城市的有效、安全用气已刻不容缓。介绍了在盐层中建设储气库采用的水溶采卤技术 :通过向溶腔中注入淡水 ,降低卤水浓度 ,溶蚀岩盐 ,使得溶腔不断扩大。为保证储气库长期安全、稳定地运行 ,必须在建腔过程中控制其形状 ,使之具有一定的力学稳定性。通过机理分析与模拟实验研究 ,探索了溶腔形状控制机理 ,以及在盐层中建设储气库的形状控制技术。 As the west gas has been delivered to Shanghai since the end of 2003, it is very necessary to build. underground gas storages to guarantee the gas supply for the areas of Yangtze delta and the cities along the west-east gas transmission pipeline efficiently and safely. The halide-exploiting techniques with water solution are introduced to build gas storages in salt beds, i. e. injecting fresh water into the solvated chamber to reduce the concentration of haloids water, solvate the salt rock, and expand the solvated chambers. To guarantee long, safe and stable operation of the gas storages, it is needed to control the chambers shape in the process of chambers building, and make them having a certain mechanical stability. With mechanism analysis and simulation study, the controlling mechanism of the chamber shape and the shape-controlling techniques of gas storage building are discussed in the paper.
