用廉价的惰性气体作为盐穴储气库垫气 被引量:5

摘要 随着“西气东输”工程的实施 ,在长江三角洲地区建设天然气长输管线的配套设施———储气库已势在必行。通过库址比较 ,目前位于江苏省金坛盐矿的盐层被认为是建设地下储气库的首选目标。盐穴储气库的垫气量随储气库的深度和运行压力区间的不同而有所不同。通过预测 ,江苏金坛盐穴储气库的垫气量约占总库容量的 33%。若按常规使用天然气作为垫气 ,对一座年供 17× 10 8m3 工作气规模的储气库群 ,其垫气费用将占储气库总投资的 2 8.5 %。若使用价格更低廉的惰性气体作为垫气 ,将能够节省总投资的 16 .7%。文章介绍了法国用惰性气体替代天然气作储气库垫气的经验 ,并针对江苏金坛盐穴储气库用氮气替代天然气作垫气进行了具体的技术、经济探讨。 As the west-east gas delivering starts, it is necessary to build gas storages which are the matching facilities of the long gas transmission pipeline in the areas of Yangtze delta. With comparison of storage-building positions, the salt beds located in Jingtan salt mine of Jiangsu province are regarded as the optical target to build the gas storage in the areas of Yangtze delta. The cushion gas volume of the gas storage with salt caves changes with variation of the gas storage depth and the operating pressure. By estimation, the cushion gas volume of Jingtan gas storage with salt caves will accounts for about 33% of the total volume of the storage. If taking natural gas as the cushion gas as usual, the cushion gas cost will accounts for 28.5% of the total cost of the gas storage for the group storages, which can deliver 17 × 103 m3/a. of working gas. If taking cheaper inert gas as the cushion gas, 16.7% of the total investment can be saved. The article introduces the experience of substituting inert gas for natural gas in gas storages of France, and makes technical and economical discussion on substituting natural gas with cheaper nitrogen as cushion gas for jingtan gas storage with salt caves.
