采用亚胺与尿素在醋酐 /乙酸中反应得到 6个 6 -取代DHT衍生物 ,所合成化合物的结构经IR、1HNMR及元素分析确证。测定结果表明所合成的化合物中取代基为硝基时 ,化合物的抗病毒活性最高。
