本文从离心式重整循环氢压缩机长期运行、氯腐蚀与氯结盐、重整催化剂活性 3个方面分析了对固定床半再生重整装置长周期运行的影响 :指出了固定床半再生重整装置长周期运行应努力的方向。

This article analyzes the effect of long running cycle of fixed-bed semi-regeneration catalytic reforming unit from three aspects:long running cycle of anti-surge system of centrifugal recycle hydrogen compressor; the chlorine corrosion and chlorine fouling;and catalytic reforming activation. Through the analysis, the article point out the striving direction of long running cycle.
