摘要
本文介绍了二异氰酸酯改性VAE胶粘剂的方法 ,通过对VAE水解程度及加入异氰酸酯进行交联反应的研究 ,给出了产品的制备工艺和配方 ,讨论了反应温度、时间、二异氰酸酯用量、填料等对胶粘剂性能的影响。改性后的VAE胶粘剂的粘结性能、胶膜耐热性、耐水性等有了很大提高。改性后的胶粘剂可用于木材、纸张、织物同塑料等的粘接。
This paper introduced the way of modifying VAE adhesive by vulcabond. The technique and prescription for producing the adhesive were presented by studying on hydrolysis degree of VAE and the cross linking reaction with isocyanate. In addition, the effect of reaction temperature, hydrolysis degree,amount of vulcabond and the stuff upon the properties of adhesive was also discussed in the paper. It was shown that the properties of modified VAE adhesive had been improved greatly, such as the bonding property, heat resistance and water resistance. The modified adhesive could be used in the adhesion of lignum, paper textile with the plastic and so on.
