渤海绥中36-1油田原油消泡剂的研制与国产化

The development and indigenization of crudedefoamer for SZ 36-1 oilfield in Bohai Sea

根据原油消泡剂的作用机理和海上作业对它的技术要求 ,研制了BHX 0 2水基消泡剂和BHX 0 3油基消泡剂。绥中 36 1油田现场试验结果表明 ,BHX 0 2水基消泡剂和BHX 0 3油基消泡剂使用效果良好 ,可以替代进口产品D 30 90和EX 90 6消泡剂。目前绥中 36 1油田已实现了原油消泡剂的国产化。

BHX crude defoamer were synthesized and evaluated according with the mechanism of defoamering and the technological requirements of offshore operation. Based on the field test data on SZ 36*.1 oil field, both BHX*.*$02 water-based defoamer and BHX*.*$03 oil-based defoamer show perfect performance on offshore-oil-treatment, so they can be used instead of imported D*$*.3090 and EX*.906 defoamers. At present, the indigenization of crude defoamer has been realized in SZ 36*.1 oil field.
