不同虾壳为原料的甲壳素与壳聚糖的制备

Preparation of chitin and chitosan from different kinds of shrimp shell

目的 :采用两种虾壳为原料制备甲壳素与壳聚糖 ,为内地开展甲壳素与壳聚糖的研究提供可行的原料制备方法。方法 :将收集的虾壳处理干净 ,用 2mol·L-1盐酸浸泡 ,除去虾壳中钙质 ,10 %NaOH煮沸除去虾壳中的蛋白质 ;4 0 %NaOH煮沸 ,脱去甲壳素的部分乙酰基 ,制得壳聚糖。结果 :两种虾壳制备甲壳素收率分别为 15 .92 % ,17.2 5 % ;制备壳聚糖的收率分别为 10 .84 % ,11.78% :由甲壳素制备壳聚糖的收率均为 6 8%。制备的壳聚糖均溶于 1%HAc。结论 :制备方法稳定、可行 ,可以采用本方法 ,利用废弃的虾壳制备甲壳素。

Objective: To explore feasible methods with which two kinds of trash shrimp shell were prepared into materials of chitin and chitosan in inland city.Methods: The cleaned shrimp shells were soaked in 2mol/L hydrochloric acid solution in order to remove the calcium in shrimp shell,then the shells were boiled in 10% NaOH solution to remove protein, from which chitin material can be obtained. Boiling the chitin in 40% NaOH solution was to remove majority acetyl in the chitin to obtain the chitosan material.Results: The rate of chitin prepared from two kind of shrimp shell are 15.92%,17.25% respectively and the rate of chitosan prepared from the shell are 10.84%,11.78% respectively while the rate of chitosan prepared from the chitin are 68%. All the chitosan obtained was soluble in 1% HAc.Conclusion: The preparation methods are stable and feasible which can be used to prepare chitin and chitosan from the trash shrimp shells.
