摘要
目的 :以高效液相色谱法测定抗病毒口服液中连翘苷的含量。方法 :色谱条件 :ELITEC18色谱柱 ;流动相 :乙腈 -水 (2 5∶75 ) ;流速 :1.0ml/min ;检测波长 :2 77nm ;柱温 :室温。结果 :在 6份不同浓度下 ,测得平均回收率为10 1.4 5 % ,RSD为 2 .0 0 % ,稳定性与精密度分别为 1.4 %和 1.4 %。结论 :该方法简便 ,准确 。
Objective: To determine the contents of forsythin in Antivirus oral liquid with HPLC. Methods: The reverse phase system of ELITE was C18 column ; the mobile phase was acetonitrile - water (25∶75) with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min ; the detection wavelength was 277nm; the column temperature was 10℃-30℃. Results: The average recovery rate at six different levels were 101.45% , RSD=2.00%. Stability and sophistication was respectively 1.4%and 1.4%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, and can be used as the quality control of antitoxin oral liquid.
