农村青少年艾滋病的健康教育

Health education for AIDS among rural senior high school students in Henan Province

目的 :探索对农村高中和中等专业学校学生进行艾滋病性病健康教育的方式。方法 :在河南省 2个县 13所高中及中专 ,给学生分发宣传单、小册子 ,在学校张贴宣传画 ,在寒假期间收看电视台播放 (每周 3～ 4次 )预防艾滋病知识的短片 ,对各学校派专人进行艾滋病防治知识宣传。结果 :在普遍的社会集中宣传后 ,对 974名学生进行问卷回答 ,其中 <6 0分、6 0～ 80分、>80分者分别占 0 .4 1%、2 5 .5 6 %、74 .0 3%。而通过强化专项讲解后 ,相同学生相应分数的得分率分别占 0 .11%、0 .6 3%和 99.2 6 % (P <0 .0 0 0 0 ) ,提高十分显著。另外对 16 6 5名学生用稍复杂的问题问卷 ,结果男女生均无不及格者 ,>90分者分别站 96 .36 %、97.6 9%。结论 :仅仅通过假期集中的社会性艾滋病知识教育 ,尤其是声像宣传 ,可以使大多数高中学生获得较好的防治知识 ;如再加上强化宣传 。

Objective: To keep informed on AIDS knowledge among senior high school and technical secondary schools which were sampled and studied in two plain counties.Methods: Propaganda was conducted through distributing materials , street advocacy , broadcasting prevention knowledge about AIDS edited by ourselves on TV programs(three or four times a week)during summer and winter vacations , and special staff were sent to propagandize the prevention of AIDS in these schools. Results: After intensive propaganda in the society, questionnaires were distributed to 974 students . Scores under 60 , between 60 and 80 and above 80 in these students were 0.41%、25.6% and 74.02% respectively . Using the same questionnaire, the score under 60 and 80 and above 80 in these students were 0.11%、0.63% and 99.36% respectively after intensified propaganda (P<0.0000) . The scores were raised notably . More complicated questionnaires were distributed to another 1665 students . Both boy and girl students got passing scores .Scores above 90 were 96.30% and 97.68% respectively . Conclusion: It is good for the students to learn knowledge how to prevent AIDS by social education , especially by TV and radio broadcasting during summer and winter vacations . If further propaganda is carried out , the level of knowledge will increase rapidly.
