文章重点论述了盐业企业打造特色团队的意义,针对当前盐业团队存在的问题以及新世纪。
This paper focuses on the significance of forging a team with characteristics. Based on the problems existing in salt industry as well as the new requirements of new century, new journey and new leap on new team, this paper also puts forward suggestions on how to forge a team with characteristics and strong combat effectiveness.
