摘要
目的 :探讨颅内恶性脑膜瘤的临床表现、影像、病理特点和治疗。方法 :复习 1980 2 0 0 0年经治疗的 13例恶性脑膜瘤 ,结合近期文献进行分析。结果 :仅以临床表现和影像学检查尚无法在术前完全与良性脑膜瘤区分开来。全组病例均行手术治疗 ,术后均复发。结论 :恶性脑膜瘤的治疗以手术治疗为主 ,复发率高 ,生存期与手术切除程度及术后是否放疗有关。
