石蜡线栓的大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型 被引量:9

Evaluation of the Modified Model of Focal Cerebral Ischemia by Reperfusion in Rats

摘要 目的 :探讨石蜡线栓在局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型中的效果。方法 :12 0只Wistar大鼠分为石蜡组 (组 1,按不同的手术方式分为组 1a和组 1b)及硅胶组 (组 2 ) ,比较拔出线栓的形态、栓塞成功例数、灌洗效果、梗死体积、术中出血量及手术时间。结果 :组 2梗死体积显著减少 (P <0 0 1) ,组 1a灌洗效果最好 (P <0 0 1) ;组 1b的平均手术时间最短 (P <0 0 1) ,但出血量最多 (P <0 0 1) ;组 2的栓塞成功率低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :石蜡线栓使模型的成功率提高 ;从ECA进入并结扎PPA的术式出血减少 ,灌洗效果好、可靠。 Aim:To evaluate the effect of sutures coated with paraffin in the model of the middle cerebral artery occlusion producing acute focal isonemia in rats.Methods:One hundred twenty adult Wistar rats were divided into as group(group 1,it was divided into two groups according operation methods:group 1 a and group 1 b) and silicon embolus group(group 2) according to the embolus categories.Then,the appearance of embolus extracted from reperfusion,the rate of embolism success,the effect after reperfusion,the total infarct volume,the hemorrhage volume and times recorded during operation were compared to among three groups.Results:Total infarct volume was significantly larger in the group 1 than in the group 2.The effect of reperfusion in group 1 a was better than in other two groups(P<0.01).The average surgical times spent on group 1 b was shorter than that spent on other groups(P<0.01),but hemorrhage volume of group 1b was higher than that of other groups(P<0.01).The rate of sueeess in the group 2 was inferior to that of other two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The modification of model in which intraluminal suture coated with paraffin was used through ECA(external carotid artery)and with ligature of PPA(pterygopalatine artery) proved to be the more reliable and effective one in focal cerebral ischemia than in the model with silicon.
