偏头痛的药物治疗进展被引量：1

摘要偏头痛的治疗个体化非常重要。麦角胺药物的不同剂型针对不同患者疗效有所差异。曲普坦药物的使用使偏头痛的治疗有了革命性的发展。目前共有 7种曲普坦类药上市 ,它们各有其药动学、作用位点、剂型及疗效等特点。
