肿瘤坏死因子与重症肌无力
摘要
近年来 ,肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)的各种生物活性已被鉴定 ,并对TNF的基因及基因多态性有一定的阐述。经发现重症肌无力的发病、临床表现及预后均与TNF有一定的关系 ,本文就此研究作一综述。
