氟桂利嗪对癫鼠性发作和脑电活动的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Flunarizine on Penicillin-induced Epilepsy in Rats

摘要 目的 :研究氟桂利嗪对青霉素致大鼠性发作和脑电活动的影响。方法 :用 60只Wistar大鼠分 4组 ,即对照组及氟桂利嗪10、2 0、40mg·kg-1组 ,2h后对照组和各实验组给同样剂量青毒素 3 0 0万U·kg-1腹腔注射 ,观察大鼠行为表现及EEG改变。结果 :氟桂利嗪能明显降低青霉素致大鼠性发作程度 ,明显缩短性发作持续时间 ,显著延长性发作的潜伏期 ,明显提高存活率 ;明显延长大脑皮质、海马性放电潜伏期 ,缩短其持续时间 ,明显减少性放电的数量。结论 :氟桂利嗪对青霉素致大鼠的性行为和大脑皮质、海马的性电活动均有抑制作用。 Aim:To study the effects of flunarizine on behavior and epileptic brain electrical activity in rats induced by penicillin.Methods:Sixty Wister rats were divided into four groups,i.e. control group,10,20,40 mg·kg -1 flunarizine groups.Two hours after normal saline of 2 ml was injected into the stomach of rats in control group and fluarizine in different dosages such as 10,20,40 mg·kg -1 were injected into the stomach of rats in experiment groups,penicillin was injected intraperitoneally.To observe the behavior and EEG of the epileptic rats.Results:Flunarizine reduced the intensity of seizure and prolonged the latency of seizures and decreased duration of seizures. Flunarizine inhibited significantly epileptic discharges of cerebral cortex and hippocampus and prolonged the latency of epileptic discharges and decreased the duration and number of discharges.Conclusion:Flunarizine might suppress significantly the behavior induced by penicillin as well as the epileptic discharges of cerebral cortex and hippocampus in rats.
