摘要
应用免疫组化方法对鸣禽栗(Emberizarutila)鸣啭控制核团内GABA能神经元的分布进行了研究.在高级发声中枢(HVC,highvocalcenter),古纹状体粗核(RA,therobustnucleusofthearchistriatum),X区(AreaX)3个前脑核团内有GABA样免疫反应出现.HVC和RA中GABA能神经元胞体大小存在性别和季节间的差异.结果提示GABA能神经元可能参与了鸣禽鸣啭的产生和鸣啭学习.
The distribution of GABAergic neurons in song control nuclei of Emberiza rutila was studied by immunohistochemistry. GABA-like immunoreactivity (G-LIR) was found in the high vocal center (HVC), the robust nucleus of the archistriatum (RA), Area X. The sizes of neurons with G-LIR in HVC and RA have sexual and seasonal differences. The present data suggest that GABAergic neurons are important ones in song control regions, which may be involved in song learning or acquiring.
