摘要
6个品种甘薯的淀粉含量被测定,淀粉含量较高的为868号、大地1号、辽师1号;从磨碎程度、沉淀时间、二次过滤3个因素对提高出粉率进行了研究.结果表明,在本实验条件下磨碎时间15min,沉淀时间10h可获得较高的出粉率,经二次过滤可以挽回淀粉损失平均为12.0%.
It was compared of the content of starch for 6 kinds of Sweet potato breed. It was 868, DADI and LIAOSHI I that contain more starch. The study on raising extraction rate of starch was done in trituration rate, deposition time and the second filtration . The results showed that the extraction rate of starch was higher in the condition of 15 minutes' trituration and 10 hours deposition. The starch yield was 12.0% in average in the second filtration.
