对高校学报扩大发行量的几点思考

针对高校学报期发行量不足的现状,分析其原因并提出扩大辽宁省期刊发行量的对策与措施.认为改变高校学报的办刊宗旨、加大对学报的宣传力度、将季刊改为月刊、将综合性期刊改为专业性期刊以及扩大发行渠道等是扩大高校学报发行量的有效措施,同时强调扩大高校学报发行量的根本在于不断提高期刊的质量.

Contraposing to the situation of no more than 1 000 publications of college journals, this paper puts forward a few measures to enlarge publication of Liaoning journals. Changing tenet of college journals, enhancing propagandistic intensity, transforming quarterly into monthly, transforming integrative journals into specialistic journals and improving publishing ways are all the effective measures to enlarge the publication of college and university journals. In the meantime, all the measures must be taken on the basic of guarantee of journal quality.
