摘要
给出了一例砖结构烟囱的爆破拆除工程实例。被拆除烟囱高36m,底部外径3.50m,周围环境非常复杂。在烟囱周围沿任何方向的场地均不能满足简单定向爆破所需倒塌长度要求的条件下,采用烟囱上部定向倒塌与烟囱下部原地塌落相结合的爆破方案,成功地完成了该烟囱的爆破拆除任务。并在爆破飞石控制,周围建筑和人员安全防护措施等方面进行了一些新的尝试,取得了一些成功的经验,可对今后类似的爆破工程提供有益的借鉴。
This paper gives an engineering example of brick chimney blasting demolition. The demolished chimney is 36 meters high. The outside diameter of its root is 3.50 meters. The chimney's surrounding condition is extremely complex. The lengths of the ground in any directions surrounding the chimney were not large enough to demolish it by simple directional blasting. According to the actual condition, the authors made a blasting design and successfully demolished the chimney. The design was composed of two sections: one section was dierctional blasting. which was used in the chimney's upside, the other section was former place collapse blasting, which was used in its downside. At the same time, some new attempts were tried in controlling slingshots caused by blasting and in methods of safety protection for persons and buildings. Some successful experiences have been obtained, which can be used as benefic references in future similar blasting engineering.
