摘要
目的 探讨脑电地形图(BEAM)选段编辑功能对阵发性棘波、尖波、棘(尖)慢综合波(称癎样放电波)的定位 作用。方法 将42例癫癎患儿脑电图(EEG)记录到的阵发性痢样放电波进行BEAM定量分析,以棘(尖)慢综合波的慢波高功 率定位。结果 EEG癎样放电波定位于双侧额区14%、单侧颞中央 区45%、颞区24%、中央区17%.BEAM选段编辑,癎样放电波定 位于单侧额区14%、颞区50%、中央区36%。结论 BEAM选段编 辑局部定位灵敏度比EEG高60%(P<0.01),是对痢样放电波有一定定位作用的监测手段。
Objective To investigate the location role of dynamic BEAM selector editor for paroxysmal sharp wave, spike wave and sparp and slow wave complexes (epileptiform discharges ) . Methods The EEG of 42 children with epilepsy were quantitatively analyzed for paroxysmal epileptiform dischorges with BEAM, and the high energy slow wave in the sharp and slow waves was as its location evidence . Results The EEG epileptoid wave located to both sides of frontalis 14%, central temples 45%, temples 24% and central 17% with the BEAM average calculation. Epiileptoid wave located to frontalis 14% , temples 50% and central 36% with the BEAM selective editor. The sensitivity of the EEG was 60% higher than the BEAM average calculation for the location of paroxysmal epileptoid wave ( P < 0.01) . Conclusion The BEAM selective editor is a useful way to locate epilepsy wave.
