Treating with Cannulated Screws Fixation for Comminuted Fractures of the Distal Humerus by Lateral Approach to Elbow Joint

目的 :探讨经肘外侧入路空心螺钉内固定手术治疗肱骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效 .方法 :对 2 4例肱骨远端粉碎性骨折患者采用经肘外侧入路空心螺钉内固定治疗 .结果 :2 4例患者平均随访 2 6月 ,采用改良Cassebaum评分系统评定其疗效 ,优 7例 ,良 11例 ,可 4例 ,差 2例 ,优良率为 78% ,术后无神经损伤 ,2例出现异位骨化 .结论 :经肘外侧入路空心螺钉内固定治疗肱骨远端粉碎性骨折是一种简便有效的手术方法 .

Objective:To study the results of patients with comminuted fractures of the distal humerus treated with cannulated screws fixation by lateral approach to elbow joint. Methods:Twenty-fore patients have treated with cannulated screws fixation by lateral approach to elbow joint during 2000～2003. Results: All patients were evaluated with modified cassebaum rating system followed up for an average of 26 months. 7 rated as excellent, 11?as good, 54?as fair, 42?as poor. 2 cases acompanied with heterotopic ossification and no neural injury. Conclusion: The method that patients with comminuted fractures of the distal humerus are treated with cannulated screws fixation by lateral approach to elbow joint is an effective technique.
