摘要
介绍了催化裂化装置旋风分离器在应用中存在的一些问题 :在设计方面 ,旋风分离器的筒体壁厚、料腿直径、翼阀的型式及安装位置、布置方式等选择不当 ;在制造与安装方面 ,不符合规范要求 ;在装置停工检修时 ,不对旋风分离器进行检查和维修或更换 ,达到使用寿命后也不更换等。提出了相应的解决办法。
Problems existing in the application of FCC unit cyclone are expounded. In design, inappropriate selection of cyclone body wall thickness, dipleg diameter, flutter valve type and the installation position are main problems. As for the manufacturing and installation, the specification requirements have not been met. The cyclone was not inspected and maintained during the unit shout-down , even without replacement after the cyclone service life has been reached. Countermeasures have been proposed.
