摘要
偏心金属硬密封球阀的开关形式和闸阀一样 ,是靠扭矩来实现的 ,扭矩越大 ,阀座的密封性能就越好 ;同时它开关时仅需将球体旋转 90° ,关闭时间短 ,操作灵活 ,因此具有流通能力大、可调范围广、安全可靠、启闭速度快等优点。偏心金属硬密封球阀已在一些新装置建设和老装置改造中取代了一部分闸阀而得到应用。
In the same way as gate valve, opening and closing of eccentric metal hard seal ball valve depend on its torque. The larger the torque is, the better seal performance the ball valve obtains. Meanwhile, the ball only needs to be rotated 90° during opening or closing of the valve, close time is short and the operation is flexible, so the valve is characterized by large flow capacity, good adjustability, safety and reliability, and the quick opening or closing. Now gate valves have been replaced by eccentric metal hard seal ball valves in the construction of some new unit and old unit revamping.
