心痛灵治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

OBSERVATION ON THE THERAPEUTIC EFFECT IN TREATING ANGINA PECTORIS DUE TO CORONARY HEART DISEASE WITH XINTONGLING

运用具有补气化瘀、豁痰通络功用的中药复方心痛灵与硝苯吡啶对照治疗冠心病心绞痛患者53例,结果表明:心痛灵总有效率96.3％,心电图缺血改善率65.22％,优于硝苯吡啶.同时发现:心痛灵具有显著降低血浆TXA_2及TXA_2/PGI_2比值,明显提高血浆PGI_2水平的作用.

53 cases with angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease were treated in control with nifedipine and compound of Chinese herbs which has functions of reinforcing Qi and removing blood stasis and the phlegm and obstruction in the channels Its results show:total effective rate of xintonglig is 96.3%, its improving rate of is chemia in electrocardiogragm is 65.22% and it is superior to nifedipine, And it is found at the same time that XintongLing reduces remarkably ratio of TXA_2and TXA_2/PGA_2 in plasma and increase obviously level of PGI_2 of Plasma.
