摘要
报道了利用折光率和RBF神经网络快速测定甘油发酵液中甘油含量的新方法。该方法对于甘油发酵液残糖浓度为 0 .1 %~ 3 .7%的甘油测定范围为 0~ 1 1 % ,相对误差不超过 5 %。是一种快速有效的发酵甘油辅助测定方法。
A new refraction analysis and RBF artificial neural networks method to determine glycerol in fermented brothe containing 0.1%~3.7% residual glucose. The relative standard devaitation of measurement is not more than 5%. This reseach may provide the basic for online control process of glycerol fermentatin.
