结、直肠切除术后早期肠内营养的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨结、直肠手术病人营养支持治疗的效果及安全性。方法 :结、直肠手术 18例随机分为对照组 ( 9例 )和治疗组( 9例 )。对照组术后常规处理 ,治疗组术后 2 4~48h开始肠内营养 (EN) (百普力用 7天 )。结果 :治疗组除 1例因腹胀明显不耐受外 ,均按计划完成治疗 ,治愈出院 ,无吻合口瘘 ,与对照组比 ,胃肠功能恢复明显加快 (P <0 0 1) ;术后营养状况和细胞免疫功能明显改善。结论 :结、直肠术后早期EN是安全可行的 ,它可促进肠功能恢复 。 Objective:To observe the efficacy of enteral nutrition(EN)with Peptison Liquid in the patients of colorectal resection.Methods:Eighteen cases with colorectal resection were randomized into the experimental group(EN group,n=9)and the control group(n=9).The EN group was given nutrition support with Peptison Liquid at 24~48 hours after operation and were maintained for 7 days.The control group were treated with conventional methods.Results:Except one case in EN group discontinued because of intolerance of obvious abdominal distension,others were discharged in good condition on schedule. The EN group had the much faster recovery of gastrointestinal function as compared with the control group.In addition,nutrition status and cellular immune function were ameliorated markedly in the EN group. No bowl anastomosis leakage was found in both groups.Conclusion:The early postoperative EN with Peptison Liquid is well tolerated in the patients undergone colorectal surgery.In comparison with conventional methods,the EN groups can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, ameliorate nutrition status and immune function.
