肺癌患者外周血IL-2和IL-10水平检测的临床价值 被引量：3

Clinical implications of serum levels of interleukin-2 and interleukin-10 in patients with lung cancer

摘要 目的　探讨外周血白细胞介素 2 (IL - 2 )和白细胞介素 10 (IL - 10 )检测在肺癌患者中的价值 ,并探讨肺癌患者的 Th1/Th2免疫反应状态及与肺癌分期、病理类型及临床 KS评分的相关性。方法　采用双抗体夹心EL ISA法测定 71例肺癌患者和 30例肺部良性病变患者外周血中 IL - 2、IL - 10水平并以 10例健康体检者作正常对照。结果　肺癌组 IL - 10水平及 IL - 10 /IL - 2均显著高于肺部良性病变组及正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而肺癌组 IL - 2水平则低于肺部良性病变组及正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。小细胞肺癌 (SCL C)组 IL - 2水平较其它病理类型组低 ,较腺癌组明显下降 (P<0 .0 5 )。 、 期非小细胞肺癌 (NSCL C)血清中 IL - 10水平及 IL - 10 /IL - 2显著高于 、 期 (P<0 .0 5 )。 KS评分 <6 0组血清中 IL - 10水平及 IL - 10 /IL - 2显著高于 KS评分 >6 0组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　肺癌组呈现明显的 Th2强势表达 ,NSCL C患者 Th2强势表达的量与肺癌的分期密切相关 ,且与肺癌患者临床
