感性负载由于其固有的特点,在开关瞬间会产生高压脉冲,其驱动 IC 在设计中要特别注意版图的布局,以尽可能地消除输出对前级电路的影响。本文对实际工作中获得的一些有益经验作了总结分 析 。
Because of its intrinsic characteristics,inductive load will produce high-voltage pulse when power turns on or off. Much attention should be paid to the layout design in order to eliminate the output-end impact front-stage circuit as much as possible. Some useful experiences and practical analysis to the problem are offered.
