摘要
AC-2 0 是沥青混凝土路面的重要结构层 ,要求具有较高的高温稳定性和抗渗性。为了保证工程质量 ,必须进行严格的配合比试验。如何准确测定稳定度和流值、如何选择合理的空隙率以及采用何种矿料级配是沥青混凝土配合比试验的关键问题。针对以上问题进行了分析 ,并结合工程实例提出了这些问题的处理意见和试验措施。
AC-20Ⅰ asphalt concrete is an important structure of road surface. Both higher Marshall stability and permeability resistance are required. In order to ensure engineering quality, the mix ratio test must be done strictly. How to determine the stability , flow value , how to choose an advisable void volume and what kind of mineral aggregate gradation is adopted are the key problems in max ratio test. Combined with practical project, the above problems were analyzed, treatment of these problems and test methods were presented.
