摘要
桔梗汤为古代名医张仲景治疗肺痈脓成之方剂.动物实验说明,用该方汤剂口服后.能通过肺和呼吸道的排泄量增加使脓液稀释而易于排出.桔梗和甘草以相等的用量组成后,该作用更显著.实验还发现,甘草还能减轻桔梗对动物血液引起的溶血反应.
Gu—Zhang Panax Quinqucfolius has significant counteraction on the experimental rabbits' myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin. It inhibits obviously pcak valuc of wavc and elevation of S—T segment. The isolated cardfiac coronary models showed Gu—Zhang Panax Quinqucfolius increased the coronary value of flow remarkably and inhibit to heart (cardiac ratio and cardiac contratility) remarkably. The results demonstrated the pharmacological effects of Gu—Zhang panax Quinqucfolius arc similar to that of U. S. A panax Quinqucfolius
