摘要 该文论述了状态监测与故障诊断技术的发展概况.通过对综合传动装置状态监测与故障诊断系统结构体系、关键技术的研究,进一步提出了综合传动系统状态监测与故障诊断软、硬件系统的实现方案.最后,对车载数据采集器的构成与工作原理以及故障诊断软件系统进行了分析、设计. The developing survey of the state monitor and failure diagnosis is introduced in this paper.According to the study on the structure system and the key technology of the state monitor and failure diagnosis of the integrated transmission system,the executive scheme of the software and hardware for the state monitor and the failure diagnosis of the integrated transmission system is put up.The analysis of the composing and working theory for the vehicular data collector and the design of the software system for the failure diagnosis are completed.
