分析了目前高校学生公寓所面临的形势,指出了人文素质教育是当代中国高等教育的必然要求,高校学生公寓人文建设对高校学生增强综合素质、保证教育效果具有重要意义。高校学生公寓的人文建设过程中教育工作者和公寓管理者都要转变观念,提高自身人文素质,倡导学生人文的自觉性。明确了公寓人文建设的内容应该是传统的、开放的人文。

The article analyses the present situation which college flats face,and points out that humanities quality education is the necessity of higher education in China nowadays.The humanities construction of students' flat in higher school is important for building up students' integrated quality and assuring education effect.In the course of construction,education operators and flat managers should change their notion and boost their own humanities quality.Meanwhile,they should sparkplug students' consciousness of humanities.The article makes it clear that the content of flat humanities construction should be traditional and exoteric.
