回溯建库是图书馆自动化管理和资源共享的核心工作。本文分析了回溯建库的必要性和可行性,结合我校图书馆实际制定出建库工作方案及实施细则。利用图书馆自动化集成系统———丹诚Data Trans 1000,解决新建回溯书目库、批处理追加数据、过刊典藏与流通等期刊回溯工作中的关键问题,优质高效地完成馆藏期刊的回溯建库。

Retrospective conversion of library periodical bibliographic databaseis a core work in library automation management and resources share. This article analyzes the necessity and possibility in this work.Work project and regulations are established according to actuality,and library automation integrated system-DataTrans-1000 is used to solve the key problems, such as setting up new database,data processing; overdue periodicals reservation and circulation etc. in order to complete this work with high quality and efficiency.
