摘要
广州市新星皮革厂污水处理站规模为200 m3/d,采用物化/两级好氧处理工艺,在进水CODcr为2 500-3 000 mg/L, BOD5为1 200~1 500mg/L,SS为320-600mg,L,pH为6~10,Cr总≤52.7mg/L,Cr6+≤5.6mg/L色度约为240倍的条件下,处理后出水水质为CODcr≤80mg/L,BOD5≤30mg/L,SS≤70mg/L,pH为6-9,Cr总≤1.2mg/L,Cr6+≤0.4mg/L,色度≤40倍。达到了《广州市污水排放标准》(DB 44/37-90)新扩改一级标准。
It introduces the research on leather industry wastewater treatment by physico-chemical/two-stage aerobic biochemical process of Guangzhou Xinxing tannery sewage treatment station, whose project capacity is 200 m3/d. The water quality of drainage is CODcr≤80 mg/L,BOD5≤30 mg/L,SS≤70 mg/L,pH6-9,Crtotal≤1.2 mg/L,Cr6+≤0.4 mg/L, chroma≤40 times. After treatment the guality of efflueut is CODcr 2 500-3000 mg/L, BOD5 1 200-1 500 mg/L,SS 320-600 mg/L,pH6-10,Crtotal≤52.7 mg/L, Cr6+≤5.6 mg/L,chroma about 240 times. It shows that the drainage meets with the Guangzhou municipal sewage discharge standard ( DB 44/37-90 ) .
