Study on Extracting Craft of Polysaccharides in Tangshenkong Granules

目的确定提取糖肾颗粒中多糖的最佳工艺。方法采取正交设计法以提取时间(A),加入水量(B)和提取次数(C)作为因素。结果A因素和C因素对多糖含量的影响具有显著意义,B因素的影响不大。结论最佳提取工艺为A2B1C2,即提取2次,时间为每次1h,加水量分别为10倍量和8倍量。

Objective: To define optimum extracting craft of polysaccharides in Tangshenkong granules.Method: The orthogonal design was used and refluxing time(A), water totalling (B), and extraction time(C) were defined as factors of the design.Result: Factor A and factor C had notable influence on the content of polysaccharides.Conclusion: Optimum extracting craft was defined as follows: A 2B 1C 2.
