产植酸酶黑曲霉菌株的诱变选育 被引量:2

Screening of Producing Phytase Aspergillus Niger by Induced Mutagenesis

摘要 以产植酸酶黑曲霉(Aspergillusniger)AN00101为出发菌株,采用紫外线和亚硝基胍处理出发菌株的孢子,经筛选获得变异株N28,其酶活力比出发菌株高出47%,且产酶较稳定. The spores of Aspergillus niger AN00101 producing phytase was induced mutagenesis by Ultraviolet and N-methyl -N′-nitro-nitrosoguanedine. Then N28 strain was obtained. Its phytase activity increased 47 percent than that of A. niger AN00101, and the ability of producing phytase was stable.
