摘要
通过对医院核心竞争力基本要素和影响因素的分析,认为医院质量和效率、医院经营状况、创新和学习能力、院内职工满意度和病人满意度共同构成医院核心竞争力的研究框架,并认为通过医院绩效管理可提高医院的核心竞争力。
Through analysis from basic element and effect factor of core competence of hospital,the author thought that service quality and effectiveness,financial condition,study/creative ability,satisfaction of employees and patients were frame study for core competence of hospital.It also showed that hospital performance management could lead to higher core competence of hospital.
