骨髓增生异常综合征合并自身免疫性疾病的临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的研究骨髓增生异常综合征(myelodysplasticsyndrome,MDS)与自身免疫性疾病(autoimmunedisorders,AID)的关系。方法对135例MDS患者的临床和骨髓病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果135例MDS患者中,11例合并AID(81%),包括合并类风湿关节炎3例,SLE、溃疡性结肠炎、多发性血管炎各2例,克罗恩病、多发性软骨炎各1例。合并AID的患者与单纯患MDS的患者相比较,两者治疗的有效率、转白率相似,但MDS合并AID的中位生存期更短(P<005)。结论MDS合并AID是MDS预后不良的因素之一。
