配电网低压侧自动无功补偿装置安装位置的优化规划 被引量:15

摘要 认为安装低压侧自动无功补偿装置的节点的无功功率较好地实现了无功补偿,使补偿后负荷的功率因数提高到0.95以上,建立了在部分节点安装低压侧自动无功补偿装置的配电网简化模型,分别以减少的有功网损最大和投资收益最高为目标函数,并采用惩罚函数的办法对低压侧自动无功补偿装置的安装数量加以约束,使之基本满足预算要求,以各个节点电压符合要求及各个设备不超过其电气极限为约束条件,在此基础上,采用遗传算法确定了低压侧自动无功补偿装置的最佳安装位置。文中给出了程序流程图和规划实例,结果表明提出的方法是可行的。 On the basis of the assumption that reactive powers of the nodes with automatic reactive compensation equipment (ARCE) are well compensated and the power factor of the corresponding nodes are over 0.95, a simplified model of distribution network with a number of ARCEs is established. A genetic algorithm is used to determine the optimal installation location of the ARCEs. The index of maximum reduction of active power losses and the index of the highest benefit-investment-ratio are used as the objective function respectively. The total number of ARCEs is restricted by using a punishable function to meet the requirement of the budget. The restricted conditions also include that the voltage of all nodes are within the desired range and that all the equipment does not overload. A block diagram of procedure and relevant example is given in the paper. The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by the results of an example.
