3种ELISA试剂对SARS冠状病毒血清抗体的检测分析

Deteetion and analysis of serum SARS coronavirus antibody with three kinds of ELISA kit

目的了解目前常用的SARS冠状病毒血清抗体酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)诊断试剂对人和动物的检测结果。方法收集人类SARS接触者和动物血清标本 ,用2～3种ELISA试剂分别检测SARS冠状病毒血清抗体。结果华大试剂检测阳性率最高为4.41 % ,3种试剂各自独立实验间的相关系数在0.431～0.932之间 ,除万泰试剂和华大试剂的检测结果有相关性 (r=0.827)外 ,其余试剂间的结果均无相关性。结论不同试剂的抗体检出阳性率有部分差异 ,相同试剂两次检测结果具有相关性 。

Objective To understand testing effect of SARS coronavirus antibody ELISA kits currently used.Methods Serum specimens were collected from those who had a history of contacting SARS cases,and from animals.All specimens were tested with2～3kinds of ELISA kit to identify SARS specific antibody.Results“Hua_Da”kit had the highest positive rate with4.41%in all.The results of two independence experiments for each kit showed the correlation coefficient between0.431～0.932.The three kinds of ELISA kit did not show correlaˉtions one another except“Wan_Tai”and“Hua_Da”.Conclutions Different ELISA kits differ partially in positive rate for antibody assay.The testing results showed correlations between two independence experiments with the same kind of kits,whereas the testing results did not always show correlations with different kind of kits.
