摘要
提出了一种基于RBF(径向基函数)网络计及增量的电压无功综合控制策略。该策略计及了电压在调节过程对变压器电压损耗、负荷消耗功率影响,应用RBF神经网络实现电压无功综合控制,使得电压无功调节更符合实际情况,同时提高了电压无功控制装置的可靠性,减小了系统所受冲击次数。仿真试验证明该方法具有良好的灵活性、有效性。
The paper presents a voltage and reactive power collaborated control considering the increment of adjusting on the basis of RBF. The scheme considers the effect of loss of voltage, load transmission net loss when we adjust on-load tap changer and shunt capacitor. Using the RBF,it increases the reliability of voltage and reactive power collaborated control equipment, and reduces the impact on systems. The simulated results testifies its validity.
