摘要
国际睡眠疾病分类将睡眠障碍分为4类：睡眠失调(dyssomnia)、异态睡眠(parasomnia)、器质性或精神病性睡眠疾病和建议的睡眠疾病。与睡眠相关的神经系统疾病包括痴呆、神经变性病、帕金森综合征、家族性致死性失眠症、睡眠相关性癫疴、睡眠癫疴放电状态、睡眠相关性头痛。异态睡眠为睡眠中发生的主要是自主神经和骨骼肌活动。
