摘要
阿尔茨海默病及帕金森病都是老年人的常见病，而某些神经系统的变性病，如路易体痴呆，既有阿尔茨海默病所具有的认知功能损害，又有帕金森病样的运动迟缓，在临床工作中很容易被误诊。路易小体曾被认为是帕金森病的神经病理标志。由于染色方法的进步，人们发现路易小体不仅存在于脑干黑质，还广泛存在于皮质、杏仁回、扣带回。
