头孢地尼的药理及临床应用 被引量：5

摘要 头孢地尼是第三代口服广谱头孢菌素 ,对很多革兰阳性和革兰阴性需氧菌有良好的抗菌活性。临床上对上下呼吸道感染及皮肤软组织感染等效果良好。本文对其抗菌活性、药动学性质及临床应用等作一介绍。
